our buck -

Dorsey-Lane Live w/o Care

(aka "Sony")

----------------------------------------------------------------

Easy-Stream Sweet Surrender

Easy-Stream Sweet Surrender "Cappuccino" is Sony's dam

She is shown as a first freshener, and (as you can see for yourself) she has a beautiful udder! Her teat placement is perfect, and she has a smooth fore & great attachment all around.
She is very level, has a sweet nature, and is very easy to milk.

Look at the udder and teat placement - notice the width of the teat and where it is attached to the udder.  Also, notice how the udder has a nice medial (mid-line down the center) both sides symmetrical.  She looks great as a first freshener, and will only improve with each freshening.

Kastdemur's Good Deed

Kastdemur's Good Deed is Sony's sire, and litter-mate brother to the 2009 & 2008 ADGA National Champion & 2008 Best Udder winner, SGCH Kastdemur's Temerity 5*M.

Good Deed's 2008 Linear Appraisal score:  EEV 90

His ADGA show record is: 1x Reserve Champion.

SGCH Kastdemur's Audacity 4*M

2003 ADGA National Junior Champion

Audacity is Sony's paternal granddam,  as you can see, she is stunning!  Notice how long and level she is on her back and rump, she appears very strong and deep bodied as well.  I LOVE does with long, elegant necks, and she's got beautiful one!  And, of course, look at the udder and teat placement!  Her udder seems to be easily "hand milkable" - notice the length and width of the teat and where it is attached to the udder.  Also, notice how the udder has a nice medial (mid-line down the center) both sides symetrical.  Go to this link to learn more about her SGCH Kastdemur's Audacity

Audacity is just ONE of the many reasons that I'm so excited to add Sony to my herd!  With udders like this on both sides behind him, think of the kids he'll throw!  Audacity appraised at 91 EVEE

Land of Havilah Sonador

and

Land of Havilah ShekinahGlory

Starcrosst Gabriel - former buck at our farm

Starcrosst Gabriel is sire to both Sonador and Shekinah.

Congratulations to Bessman Farms in Ohio!  Gabriel will be a wonderful addition to your Nubian dairy!!

This is a picture of Gabe taken with his new owners on February 2nd, 2008.

I wish I would've been able to give him a bath before this picture was taken, but - as we live in Michigan - a bath in February is absolutely out of the question!

Gabe has a very strong, solid build that passes to his kids.  He is long bodied, great legs under him, deep shoulder and rump that looks steep, but will level out nicely as he gets older.  Not to mention the strong milking bloodlines behind him - including 3 ELITE BUCKS:  ++*B SGCH Kismet Marvins Smooth Operator, ++*B SGCH Hallcienda Frosty Marvin, and +*B SGCH H-Homestead Spotted Elk!

This is Shekinah & Sonador's paternal granddam.  Sorry for the poor quality of the photo, but you get the main idea - she's gorgeous!  Her neck is so elegant!

Not to mention that udder!  Great capacity and attachment, should be good for years to come!

LOTS of capacity, nicely placed "easily milkable" teats!  She milked over 2 gallons a day!

Molly appraised at 85 VVV+
