Hello. I keep trying to Sign up for the totally natural goats but I am having a problem with Yahoo. Anyway I didn't want you to think I forgot about you all. I am still thinking about your buck but I am leary of having a buck on the property. I want to buy him because friendly goats are such joy to have around but... I know he might be gone by the time I make up my mind but we'll see, . Have a good weekend. Talk with you soon -Holly

Hi Kristie and all! It was a pleasure meeting you yesterday at the fair! I'll definitely hang onto your contact info and will probably contact you about doing a feature story shortly before next year's fair. Thanks for telling me about your goat operation!

NP! It was my pleasure.

I'm so glad that I was able to provide you with the information you needed, God is good. smile

Congratulations on your new does! They will continue to settle down for you, but to help them along get some Bach Flower Rescue Remedy - that works GREAT!

I still have Shadow, he's really growing. He just turned 4 months old, so according to what I've read, he is able to breed does now. I have to keep him with his daddy, or he'll be giving me goat kids in January :P THAT would be awful!

Dr. Saunders has been a Godsend to our family, I'm so glad I inspired you to take your family to see him. Maybe while you are down here, you could pick up a buck to take back with you.

Kristie-
thank you for letting my (extended) family visit your farm. Your knowledge was & is inspiring. You gave me the confidence to go ahead and get a 3yr. old doe in milk & a four month old doeling. They are both predominantly nubian with some alpine back about two generations. The doe has a well attached, big udder. She let me milk her three hours after i brought her home (yesterday) and this evening she settled right down on the stand & let me milk her all the way out. The doeling is just starting to calm down. She screamed for a day straight. I will be interested in the very least to use your stud if possible & hopefully acquiring a buck from you in the future. I got both of them for $200 about 15 miles down the road. The guy just likes goats, he breeds them and keeps them out on pasture & feeds them alfalfa all winter. He didi not trim their hooves, sxo the doe has some slippers going, so any advice on that would be great. I bought a hoof trimming knife & plan on going at them steady and slow. All of the knowledge that you shared with me has proven invaluable. I am grateful. Thank you.

What a wonderful website and such touching stories. You definitely are in touch with your animal friends. Think we should call you the goat whisperer? Will read more after the holidays. Thanks so much for yesterday and the soap is wonderful.
Love, Dawn

Hi Kristie, Thanks for selling me Shamah. He is settling in nicely. I can tell already that he is going to be a big boy. Glad we live so close. Marilyn
